If a problem turns out to be more than a simple fix, I will dismantle the PC and take it away to the workbench and fix it for a fixed labour fee which will be quoted at the time. Only components will be extra and authority to order any required components will be confirmed after diagnosis of the issue. Following successful repair, I will return the PC and reassemble it for you and confirm successful repair to your satisfaction.
